The Choice for Minicup Parts and Accessories

On July 27th 2008 27 mini cup race teams met at one of the nicest facilities in New England, Beech Ridge Motor Speedway in Scarborough, Maine. The mini cups were part of the 2nd Annual 4 Cyl. Nationals presented by Kraze Korlacki Speed Equipment. Teams from Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire & Maine  were forced to make the best of one 15 minute practice session as the racing scheduled was hurried along due to impending weather. After drawing for positions, two 10 lap qualifying races would be held with 13 and 14 drivers in each. The finishers in the first heat would line up as the inside row for the first of two 25 lap segments and the 2nd heat would make up the outside row. With a break after the first segment teams were allowed to make any necessary adjustments before the second and final 25 lap race. The top six would be inverted and the rest of the field would start where they finished the first segment.
